Refund Policy

Luxury Real Estate is dedicated to providing high-quality, custom-designed websites tailored to meet our clients’ needs. We understand that there may be situations where a refund is required, and the following terms outline our policy.

Refund Guidelines

1. Project Cancellation

    • Within 3 Days of Order Placement:
      Clients who cancel their web design project within 3 days of placing the order are eligible for a refund. However, a 15% cancellation fee will be retained. Additionally, any payment processing fees charged by the payment processor will be deducted from the refund.
      • Example: For a $1,000 project, the refundable amount would be 85% ($850), less the processing fee.
      • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@luxuryrealestatesites.com.
    • After 3 Days of Order Placement:
      Cancellations made after the 3-day window are not eligible for a refund as work on the project is considered to have started.

2. Dissatisfaction with Final Product
All projects are developed using templates and designs approved by the client during the initial stages. Therefore, refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the final product. We encourage clients to review samples carefully to ensure alignment with their vision.

3. Third-Party Services
Luxury Real Estate may recommend third-party services for hosting, domain registration, or other features. Please note that we are not responsible for payments made to these providers and do not process refunds on their behalf.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed promptly. Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s policies.
